Hope Hub Community Center

Community Services

HOPE HUB Community Center furthers our mission of maximizing the potential of the people we serve. Individuals in our community often do not know where to go to get help. Through a direct-care model, HOPE HUB enables people to get the services, case management, and wrap-around services that they need to continue to make a better life for themselves and their families. HOPE HUB functions as a one-stop shop. The goal of HOPE HUB is to help people maintain human dignity and make the next step toward self-sufficiency.
