What are your pantry hours?

Our pantry is opening Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am – 11:30am. A valid Kenosha County ID and piece of mail (within 30 days) is required.

What are the hours of the Soup Kitchen?

Our Soup Kitchen is nightly from 5pm – 6pm, 7 days a week.

Do you do Rental Assistance?

Unfortunately, we do not do rental assistance.

Do you provide re-housing services?

If funds are available we can assist with providing deposit payments for those not in a shelter. To check funding availability, contact our Housing Team at 262-658-1713 or visit https://www.shalomcenter.org/hope-hub/housing-resources

Do you provide hotel/motel vouchers?

Motel Vouchers may be available through the Kenosha County Resource Center at KHDS.  Please call 262 764-8555 or go to 3536 52nd Street and ask to speak with the Resource Center Monday through Friday 9 am – 4 pm to see your eligibility.

Do you provide transportation assistance for non-shelter residents?

Unfortunately, we do not provide transportation assistance.

Who do I call for Shelter?

Contact our Shelter at 262-658-1713. For a family extension X 131 and a single person extension X 130.

Do you take furniture?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept furniture.

What are your donation hours?

We accept donations Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 3:00pm. Weekends by appointment only.

Donations are accepted through our Pantry warehouse, which is located off of 43rd street. Our garage doors are located on the south side of the building.
